4. Cancellations & refunds

  • Clients receive a license to use the final edited content for personal or business purposes.

  • Unauthorised resale, distribution, or modification of the content is prohibited.

7. Liability & indemnity

  • While we take every precaution, Mountain Forty Nine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services.

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold Mountain Forty Nine harmless from any claims related to their use of the Services.
